Festa do Pulpo do Carballiño

One of the largest gastronomic pilgrimages in Galicia, declared a Festival of National Tourist Interest. The star of the show is pulpo á feira (Galician-style octopus), served in vast quantities in the Municipal Park of O Carballiño by the pulpeiras, accompanied by charanga bands and a folk festival.
